Baltimore County Police reported a pedestrian was killed in Dundalk on Friday.
Police reported the fatal accident on Friday, Feb. 20, at around 6:40 p.m. at the intersection of Merritt Boulevard and Wise Avenue.
According to police, the 78-year-old man was pinned beneath a vehicle.
He was transported to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased. He was identified as Mark Hoerner.
The preliminary investigation stated the driver of a 2014 Toyota Prius was traveling northbound when the crash occurred.
Neither the driver nor the two passengers in the Prius were injured.
Police said the accident is still investigation.
