Baltimore County Police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Dundalk on Sunday, Oct. 12.
Crews responded to the 3700 block of North Point Road for reports of a crash around 9:45 p.m.
Through their investigation, detectives determined that a 2024 Honda Accord was traveling eastbound on North Point Road when it swerved over the solid double yellow line and struck a 2017 Chevy Silverado.
The driver of the Honda, 40-year-old Nicholas Weber, was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
The driver of the Chevy was also taken to an area hospital with non-life threating injuries.
This crash remains part of an on-going investigation.
