Baltimore County Fire Department reported a house fire in Essex on Friday night .
Units arrived after 8 p.m. with fire coming from the basement of a home in the 1200 block of S Marlyn Avenue
No injuries were reported and no one was found inside the house.
The fire was extinguished at 8:25 p.m.
