The Baltimore County Police Department reported a fatal crash in Carney on Sunday, May 14 around 12:35 p.m.
Officers responded to the area of E. Joppa Road and Emla Avenue for a motor vehicle collision.
Investigators with the Baltimore County Police Crash Team determined a 2008 Suzuki SX 4 was making a left to travel westbound on E. Joppa Road. A 2016 Yamaha R6 was traveling eastbound on E. Joppa Road. The Yamaha struck the rear driver’s side of the Suzuki.
The operator of the Yamaha was ejected and a rear passenger of the Suzuki was transported to a local area hospital for medical treatment. The driver of the Yamaha, 25-year-old Dillon J. Neimiller, was transported to a local area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
The Baltimore County Crash Team will continue to investigate this crash.
