Baltimore County Police detectives are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding a shooting that occurred on the afternoon of Monday, June 2, in Rosedale.
Officers responded to the 6300 block of Kenwood Avenue
0around 4 p.m. following reports of a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located the male juvenile suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body.
The victim was transported by ambulance to an area hospital, where he is currently listed in stable condition.
Preliminary investigation indicates that this was an isolated incident. There is no ongoing threat to the public at this time. The investigation remains ongoing.
