Officer M. McLaughlin has been named Dundalk Precinct 9 Officer of the Month. Here is the official statement:
“Officer M. McLaughlin consistently demonstrates a strong understanding of the law and has become a well-rounded patrol man.
“He has shown significant improvement in his organizational skills, particularly administrative duties, and has put forth tremendous effort to complete his required paperwork promptly.
“Additionally, he regularly follows up on his cases, which often leads to clearances or arrest warrants.
