Nottingham Man Charged in Connection to Pasadena Homicides

Anne Arundel County Police reported that a Nottingham man has been arrested in connection to a double fatal shooting in Pasadena on Sunday, Nov. 16 at approximately 1:55 p.m.

Officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 1700 block of Twickenham Road in Pasadena.

According to police, two individuals, an adult male and an adult female, were found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds at the scene.

The victims were identified as 54-year-old Jeanna Hayes and 56-year-old William Hayes, both of Pasadena, were pronounced
deceased. 

Police developed a possible suspect and suspect vehicle based on information received on the 911 call and through additional investigative means.

With assistance from the Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) program and coordination with the Real Time Information Center (RTIC), officers located the suspect vehicle and attempted a traffic stop in the area of Severn Road and Ridge Road.

Police said the suspect vehicle fled the scene around 6:27 p.m.

Officers engaged in a pursuit of the vehicle, which ended in the area of Quarterfield Road off of I-97 in Severn. The suspect was taken into custody.

Police reported 61-year-old Anthony Louis Reyes of Nottingham was charged with First- and Second-Degree Murder and related charges.

Preliminary information indicates this was an isolated, targeted incident, and the suspect was known to the victims.

This is an active and ongoing investigation.
