Baltimore County Police reported a 69-year-old pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run accident in Overlea on Friday.
According to police, officers were called to Belair Road and Prague Avenue in reference to a pedestrian crash on April 10 around 8:20 p.m.
Once on scene, detectives with the Crash Team determined that the individual was struck by a 2014 Honda CRV that did not remain at the scene.
The victim, 69-year-old Landis Williams was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
This remains an ongoing investigation.
