Baltimore County Police said a dine & dasher in the White Marsh and Parkville area was been caught over the weekend
Police reported officers arrested 57-year-old Randy Nelson in connection with several thefts that occurred throughout northeastern Baltimore County since April 8, 2026.
Detectives were able to link the suspect to at least five cases that were part of a dine & dash trend.
Additionally, charges are pending as this investigation continues.
