Baltimore County Police reported homicide detectives have arrested 22-year-old male Deandre Neal in connection to the double homicide that occurred in the unit block of Banyan Wood Court in Essex on Monday, Aug. 10 at approximately 11:25 a.m.
Police identified 19-year-old Donielle Mack and 19-year-old Izick Aminartey as the victims who were killed.
Neal is currently being held without bond.
