The White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company reported its crews were assisting a medic unit and police following a pursuit and bailout on I-95 south on Thursday at 2:47 p.m.
According to reports, a suspect is in custody after entering White Marsh Run (stream) which flows under I-95.
Medics are evaluating the suspect after emerging from below the highway with police behind 5301 Nottingham Drive.
Several southbound lanes of I-95 just below MD-43 are blocked.
