There have been reports of a video surfacing on social media that showed a juvenile being assaulted in the Essex area.
Baltimore County Police confirmed that an investigation has been held in this case and charges are pending.
“The Baltimore County Police is aware of a video circulating on social media depicting a juvenile being assaulted in Precinct 11-Essex. The victim did sustain minor injuries,” said a statement from the Baltimore County Police Department.
“At this time, all suspects involved have been identified and charges are pending. The suspects in this case.”
