Baltimore County Police reported a police presence in the 8900 block of Harford Road and Manns Avenue in Parkville.
The Baltimore County Police Hazardous Device Team responded to the location after a resident discovered potentially hazardous material inside a home on Thursday, May 11 around 1:12 p.m.
Baltimore County Police reported the area cleared without incident around 3:21 p.m.
