A residential structure fire was reported in the unit block of Silver Avenue in Essex on Sunday, Dec. 21.
According to the Baltimore County Professional Firefighters Association, people were trapped inside the house during the fire.
Crews arrived around 3:30 p.m. and reported fire showing from multiple sides of a 1 1/2 story single family home.
Crews began rapid extinguishment, search efforts, rescue and ventilation efforts. There was no report of injuries.
The fire was placed under control and is still under investigation.
