Baltimore City Police detectives arrested 36-year-old Davon Kelly of Rosedale in connection with the homicide of 38-year-old Aaron Hill that occurred on July 4, in the 3500 block of Esther Place homicide following a dispute.
According to police, investigators arrested Davon Kelly and transported him to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with first and second-degree murder.
Southeast District officers responded to the 3500 block Esther Place to investigate calls of gunfire on July 4 around 11:51 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers located an unidentified male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the body. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by medics.
