Officers with the Baltimore County Police Department have arrested and charged a 16-year-old suspect in connection to an assault that occurred Wednesday afternoon.
Officers were notified that a Kenwood High School student had been assaulted in the 500 block of Stemmers Run Rd in Essex on Sept. 18 at 2 p.m.
Medics transported the injured juvenile to an area hospital with what appeared to be a non-life threatening injury.
Officers took a 16-year-old suspect into custody and charged the juvenile as an adult on Wednesday evening.
Due to the suspect’s age, the Department will be unable to provide any additional information at this time.
