Baltimore County Police reported 18-year-old Bryson Butterfly is the third suspect arrested and charged in connection to the April 23 homicide of 17-year-old Elias Cieslak.
He was killed on Belair Road at Rossville Boulevard in Fullerton on Sunday, April 23 at 9:45 p.m.
