Baltimore County police officers responded to Belair Road at Rossville Boulevard in Fullerton for a reported shooting on Sunday, April 23 at 9:45 p.m.
When officers arrived on the scene, they located a juvenile male suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
