Baltimore County Fire Department reported two workers have been rescued after being stuck in an elevator within a silo at a Sparrows Point concrete plant.
Crews were called to the 1100 block of Wharf Road on Wednesday around 1:30 p.m.
A high-angle rescue was reported and workers were rescued with no reported injuries around 3:20 p.m.
