Emergency services were requested Sunday after it was reported a vehicle went over an embankment on the Beltway near Chesaco Avenue.
According to reports, a vehicle rescue took place on interstate 695 between exits 36 and 38 after 5:40 p.m.
North Point Edgemere Volunteer Fire Department reported one person was inside the vehicle. That injured person was provided medical assistance.
