Officer H. Warlick has been named Essex Police Precinct 11 Officer of the Month.

Supervisors say her permanent post is one of the busiest in the precinct and she’s becoming an officer that her supervisors can depend upon. She investigates all calls for service to the fullest extent possible.
Supervisors commend her initiative reliability, work ethic and commitment to the community.
