Conrad’s Ruth Villa Owner Dies at 96

Frederick William Conrad Jr.,  passed away on Aug. 7

He was well known in the Bowleys Quarters community as owner of Conrad’s Ruth Villa and Parkside Marina.

He was also an active member in the Bowleys Quarters Improvement Association.

He was 96.
