On November 15, volunteers from Marian Preparatory Academy dropped off nearly a thousand pounds of food and personal hygiene products to the Perry Hall United Methodist Church food pantry.
Councilman David Marks supported and promoted the donation, one of the largest ever received by the pantry.
“I would like to thank all those who contributed, but especially Cathy Balcar and Drena Fertitta for organizing and staffing this event over two days,” Councilman Marks commented.
