Baltimore County gives update on snow plowing operations

Baltimore County Department of Public Works and Transportation reports many of the main roads are passable the county is working on the secondary roads.

There are more than 2,700 miles of roads across the County.

“It is still highly advised that if you do not need to be out on the road, stay home. It is going to take crews at least all day today to plow throughout the county,” Baltimore County Department of Public Works and Transportation said in a statement.

“Our crews have been working around the clock, many of whom have not seen their loved ones since Saturday. We are working diligently to clear not only the main roads, but side streets and cul de sacs.”
