Fifth District County Councilman David Marks shared information about water main breaks in his district.
“We are aware of several water main breaks in the area – one affecting a large part of the East Joppa Road/Ramblebrook and Northgate Hall community, and another impacting the Hallfield Manor Drive area,” Marks said in a statement.
“The Hallfield Manor Drive water line will be replaced thanks to funding in the capital budget (we just discussed this at a community meeting), but it will not happen this winter.”
