BCPS schools will open two hours late on Monday, Feb. 2
Offices will open on time. There will be no morning Prekindergarten classes.
Families and students are urged to take extra precautions when traveling to bus stops and schools.
Sidewalks, roadways, and bus stop areas may be icy, snow covered, or partially inaccessible and visibility may still be limited in some locations.
Parents and guardians are responsible for determining the safest route for their child to travel to and from the bus stop and school.
Students should avoid standing or playing on snow mounds or plowed snow piles, which may be unstable, slippery, or block visibility. Please choose safe, visible waiting areas.
