Schellenberger to speak at PHIA meeting on Thursday

The next Perry Hall Improvement Association Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 12 at 7 p.m. at Brightview Senior Living, 9657 Belair Road in the Dorsey Room.

Baltimore County States Attorney Scott Schellenberger is the guest speaker.
