Baltimore County Police responded to Vincent Farm Elementary School in the 6000 block of Ebenezer Road following reports that pepper spray had been discharged on a school bus on Wednesday, March 11 after 9:30 a.m.
The investigation determined the student located the pepper spray at their bus stop just prior to boarding the bus.
A preliminary investigation indicates the deployment of the spray was not intentional or malicious in nature.
As a precaution, approximately 14 students were transported to area hospitals for evaluation after experiencing the effects of the spray.
