Maryland Transportation Authority announced the I-695 Outer Loop will reopen between Exit 43 and the North Point Boulevard on-ramp beginning April 29, weather permitting.
The entrance ramp from Bethlehem Boulevard to the I-695 Outer Loop will reopen.
Access to the I-695 Outer Loop from Broening Highway remains open via the existing turnaround; there is no stopping or parking along the loop road.
There will only be one lane open in each direction of I-695 from Exit 42 to Exit 44.
