Local elected officials honored Officer Jason Goorevitz.
He is retiring from the Baltimore County Police Department after 28 years.
“Officer Goorevitz has been a constant presence in our community, approachable, dependable, and committed to building real relationships with residents,” said District 7A Delegate Kathy Szeliga.
“After nearly three decades of dedication, his impact on Parkville and beyond is clear.”
District 8 Delegate Kim Ross said she values her partnership with our local police and was happy to honor Goorevitz for his service.
“I was pleased to join the Parkville Police Community Relations Council in recognizing Officer Jason Goorevitz, a dedicated public servant who is retiring after 28 years of exemplary service, setting a high standard for fellow officers, which I truly appreciate,” Ross said.
“He was certainly deserving of the legislative citation.”
