Perry Hall softball beats Dundalk; Eastern Tech advances

Perry Hall softball pulls away from Dundalk in 13-3 win

Perry Hall Softball rallied for nine runs in the fifth inning to defeat Dundalk 13-3.

The Gators jumped out to a 4-0 at the end of fourth but Dundalk cut the deficit to 4-3 when Savannah Locklear and Makayla Woods had base hit RBIs and both scored runs in the top of the fifth for the Owls.

Harleigh Nadeau and Lily Lindsay both had hits and scored runs in the fifth and Madison Carl added a two-run double.

Savannah Carl pitched five innings and allowed only one earned run for the Gators in the win.

Perry Hall will now play at Dulaney in the next round.

Kayla Foster led off the game with a homerun and the Mavericks easily defeated Carver Vo-Tech of Baltimore City 17-1.
