Baltimore County Police announced that SRO Fuller presented a HERO award to Liam, a 4-year-old Honeygo Elementary School student on Thursday.
Liam called his mother while he was home alone with his grandmother when he noticed something was wrong with his grandmother’s health.
His mother was able to send a medic to his home where they were able to transport the grandmother to the hospital and save her life.
For his bravery, Liam was presented with a certificate, Baltimore County plastic badge and a plastic police officer duckie in front of his class, alongside his principal and mother.
