Baltimore County Police have charged 24-year-old Jamel Southall and 56-year-old Darnell Willis following a shooting that occurred in Dundalk on Friday, Aug. 21.
Through their investigation, detectives determined that the victim was shot during the commission of a home invasion.
Officers responded to the 3500 block of McShane Way for a shooting around 3:30 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers located a 41-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was transported to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
