Delegate Long’s Town Hall on Back River Wastewater Treatment Plant

For decades, residents of Eastern Baltimore County have long dealt with the consequences of ongoing mismanagement at the Back River Wastewater Treatment Plant- including pollution, persistent odors, environmental concerns, and impacts on our quality of life and property values.

This cannot continue.

Members of the press and the public are invited to attend a community town hall to address these systemic issues, outline legal and legislative avenues for accountability, and provide practical guidance on how property owners can appeal their property taxes.

This meeting is essential not only for those adversely affected by the Back River facility, but also for any overtaxed citizen looking for solutions.
