The Kestrel Cafe held its Grand Opening on Saturday, Jan. 10 in Essex
According to the Essex Community Development Corporation, the Kestrel Cafe is owned April Pevear and her husband Geoff and is located at 1546 Eastern Blvd., Suite 1.
“Kestrel Cafe is a one-of-a-kind art café where creativity, connection, and inclusion come together,” said the Essex CDC.
“The café is a true labor of love and a wonderful addition to the growing momentum of new small businesses along Eastern Boulevard.”
