The Eastern Regional Lions Club is hosting the 6th Dundalk Community Christmas Tree Lighting at Poplar Place Shopping Center ( the corner of Merritt Boulevard and Wise Avenue in Dundalk) on Saturday, Dec. 14 from 5 -7 p.m.
The North Point Library will offer kids crafts and fun activities before they come to see the tree and the arrival of Santa, Mrs. Claus and the gang (at Baltimore County Public Library North Point Branch from 4-5 pm)
Once again, they will have a life-size human snow globe with free pictures available for everyone.
The Eastern Regional Lions Club will provide free snacks and hot chocolate for everyone, hats and gloves, and toys for the children. Santa and Mrs. Claus, snow-blowing fire trucks, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, the Grinch, and other costumed characters are scheduled to walk around posing in pictures with children.
