Officer Hackell Named Dundalk Officer of the Month

Officer J. Hackell has been named Dundalk Police Precinct 12 Officer of the Month. Here is the statement from Baltimore County Police:

Supervisors say he is a motivated officer who comes to work early and routinely assists his squad as a backup and with the call of service.

He cleared several cases and had diligent investigations.
