Update- the July 5 Dundalk’s Waterfront fireworks have been postponed.
Here is the statement below…..
Out of an abundance of caution after conversations with the Maryland State Fire Marshal, Baltimore County Government, Baltimore County Recreation and Parks, and the Baltimore County Fire Department, we have made the decision to cancel tonight’s Fireworks at Watersedge Park.
With high temperatures and the threat of dangerous storms for our area, we must prioritize the safety of our spectators, event staff and local first responders. We know many of you will be disappointed, and we did not make this decision lightly. We plan to schedule another fireworks night in the future, so keep an eye out for upcoming events. Thank you for understanding. Stay safe, everyone!
Residents of Dundalk will be treated to back-to-back fireworks shows in Dundalk.
The annual Dundalk Heritage Fair Fireworks Spectacular takes place on Friday, July 4th at dusk (around 9:15 p.m.)
