A water main break has created a hole near the intersection of Kavanaugh Road and Inverton Road in Dundalk on July 2.
According to the Baltimore County Department of Public Works and Transportation, a car is trapped in the hole.
Crews are on the scene and attempting to remove the car. Once that happens, additional crews will work on the broken line.
Approximately 50 services are affected by the water main break. It is unknown how long the roadways will be closed.
