County Councilman David Marks reports Baltimore County plans to conduct the next round of helicopter application of midge treatment on the upper Back River next week.
The application is scheduled to occur on Monday, June 17 and Tuesday, June 18.
As always, the timing and dates are dependent on changing wind and weather conditions and may be adjusted.
