Baltimore County plans to conduct the next round of helicopter application of midge treatment on the upper Back River this week.
As long as the forecast holds, the application is scheduled to occur on Wednesday, Oct. 2 and Thursday, Oct. 3.
As always, the timing and dates are dependent on changing wind and weather conditions and may be adjusted.
