Grants and Benefits: By participating in our class, you’ll meet the requirements for the Be a Buyer Workshop and our Home Buyer Education criteria, making you eligible for our $10,000 Dundalk-wide grant. While there are some additional requirements to consider, including our financial range, we’re here to guide you.
Personalized Counseling: As an added benefit, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with Sonya Dease, our housing and financial counselor, for a two-hour counseling session. She’ll assist you in obtaining your Home Buyer Education Certificate.
