Miss Kitty Balloons will return. She was at the mall rom 1981 to 2018, Miss Kitty brought joy to generations of White Marsh Mall shoppers with her colorful balloon creations, cheerful personality, and iconic clown costume.
She became a cherished part of the mall’s story and helped create countless unforgettable memories.
