Baltimore County Government announced it is developing a small area plan for the communities of White Marsh, Middle River, Bowleys Quarters, Essex and Rossville and surrounding areas.
This plan will identify specific recommendations for each area to meet the objectives of Master Plan 2030.
The Department of Planning would like to hear feedback from the community.
A public meeting will be held on March 25 at CCBC Essex Administrative Building from 6 – 7:30 p.m.
Comments can be resubmitted at their survey.
