I-95 southbound was closed at the Baltimore/Harford County line on Wednesday as the Joppa Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company reported an accident with injuries involving a tractor trailer and multiple other vehicles.
Two right lanes are eventually reopened around 5:30 p.m.
Hazmat crews were on the scene as there was an fuel leak as a result of this accident.
