Southbound I-895 access was closed from the I-95/I-895 split after Maryland Department of Transportation [MDOT] reported a spill cleanup from overturned tractor trailer crash on Moravia overpass on Wednesday.
MDE HAZMAT crews were on the scene for the clean up.
The accident was reported around noon on May 24.
The road reopened after 3:30 p.m.
