Giblin named Parkville December Officer of the Month

Baltimore County Police announced Officer J. Giblin has been selected as December Officer of the Month for the Parkville Precinct 8.

Supervisors said Giblin received the honor for his proactive enforcement and dedication to serving the residents of Baltimore County.
