Baltimore County Councilman David Marks announced the Baltimore County Council passed legislation to make the Perry Hall School a landmark.
“PRESERVED! After more than a year of negotiations and public hearings, the Baltimore County Council passed my legislation adding the old Perry Hall School as the 400th Baltimore County protected landmark,” Marks said in a statement.
“The building may not be demolished. The inside is being renovated for use as an adult care center.
“Thank you to the Preservation Alliance of Baltimore County, Perry Hall Improvement Association, and the Kraus family – owners of the property – for all their support.”
