Baltimore County Police reported a fatal crash in Perry Hall on Friday.
Officers were called to the scene in the 9400 block of Belair Road near Halbert Ave, for a vehicle crash on July 17 at approximately 5:10 p.m
Arriving officers found two victims, and one was pronounced deceased on the scene.
The second victim suffered life-threatening injuries. The Baltimore County Police Crash Team is investigating this incident. .
