Baltimore County Councilman David Marks announced that there will be a second community meeting to hear input on proposed changes to the Silver Spring Road corridor.
The new meeting will be virtual through WebEx. It will be held on Monday, April 13 from 7 to 8 p.m. through the following link: https://baltimorecountymd.webex.com/baltimorecountymd/j.php?MTID=m7111405d7ef65f463246c67732e0a380
Marks said he arranged for Baltimore County’s Department of Public Works and Transportation to brief the Perry Hall Improvement Association in January. He has asked for the second meeting to give residents and users of the corridor an additional opportunity to learn about the project, which involves a “road diet” designed to slow traffic.
“I urge anyone interested in the proposal to participate and share their opinion,” Marks commented. “All of us want a safer Silver Spring Road corridor.”
